Q. How can I register in a training course?
A. You can register in any offered training program using any of the following method.

  1. Complete and submit the training registration form at our website.
  2. Send nomination request through email or fax, with following details.
  3. - Information of the intended training course (name, date, location, etc.)
    - Your company’s information (if applicable)
    - Nominees’ information (name, designation, direct contact number)
    - Nomination authority’s information (name, designation)
    - Payment information

After receiving your request, we will tentatively confirm you and send you acknowledgement via email or fax.

Please note that your registration will not be complete without full training payment in advance.

Q. What is included in the fee?
A. Registration fee covers training material, lunches and hi-teas. The fee does not include hotel accommodation or travel expenses.

Q. Do I have to prepare anything before attending a training course?
A. There is no pre-requisite for registering or attending any course.

Q. Shall I get a training pass/invitation letter to attend the training after confirmation?
A. Business Beam does not issue any training pass or invitation letter. You can join the training after receiving conformation email or phone call.

Q. Can I get the Training Material before training execution day?
A. Yes. After making complete payment of the course, you can obtain training material before training execution day from Business Beam Office.

Q. I am registered for a course, but I can't attend - can I send a substitute?

Please provide the following information:
- Name of original attendee
- Organization (if applicable)
- Name/email address of substitute attendee
- Title and date of course

The substitute attendee will receive a confirmation via email.

Q. Can I transfer to a different course or transfer to a different offering of the same course?
A. If you decide you’d like to change courses or dates, you may request a transfer. Registrants may transfer registration fees from one course offering to another that occurs within 12 months. There is no transfer fee if you make written request for change at least two weeks before the session you were originally registered. Transfer fee of Rs. 1,000 will be charged if the request is received in less than 15 days.

Q. What is your refund/cancellation policy?
A. Business Beam (Pvt.) Limited allows cancellation of training courses and refund of training fee on written requests only. Our cancellation & refund policy is as follows:

  1. 100% of the training fee will be refunded if cancellation & refund notice is received at least 7 days before the start of training session.
  2. 75% of the training fee will be refunded if cancellation & refund notice is received between 7 and 2 days before the start of training session.
  3. No refund will be made if the cancellation request is received 1 day before the training.

Q. What should I wear to a training event?
A. We recommend "business casual." You need not wear a suit. You should choose clothing that allows you to be comfortable participating in training at a place of business.

Q. Can I do audio/video recording of any training course?
A. No, audio/video recording is not allowed during any training course.

Q. Are Business Beam courses available via online / e-learning?

Q. Can Business Beam's instructors come to our site to conduct a course or workshop?
A. Yes. All Business Beam courses can be delivered at your site. Business Beam's on-site training can be a cost effective way to train a group of people at a place and time convenient to you. Q. Can the training facilities accommodate someone with a disability or special access needs?
A. Business Beam (Pvt.) Limited makes every effort to provide accessible facilities and programs for individuals with disabilities. Business Beam may not be able to provide an accommodation without sufficient notice.

Q. What if I could not appear in the training due to some emergency/reason and I didn’t inform earlier?
A. If you do not attend the session due to any reason, you can contact us to participate in the next scheduled session that occurs within 12 months. You have to pay logistics cost only of your next participation. No fee shall be refunded in this case.

Q. What if I have paid exam fee and could not appear in the exam?
A. We offer redemption of your exam fee within 12 months of your registration date, after that the fee will be considered lapsed.

Q. How can I get Early bird Discount Offer?
A. We offer 10% Early Bird discount, if you get registered and pay the training course fee at least 7 days before the session.

Q. How can I get Group Discount Offer?
A. On registration of three or more than three participants from the same organization, you can avail 5% group discount.

Q. Can I avail Early Bird and Group Discount offers together?
A. Early Bird and Group Discount offers can be availed together. However these discounts cannot be clubbed with other special discount offers including Training Package offers.
