Introduction
Process improvement is more than just documenting and defining processes, it includes managing organizational change, gathering measurements and effectively reporting to all stakeholders, in order to continually improve the workings of an organization.

This course aims at equipping future process improvement professionals with the tools and techniques required to implement and maintain a process improvement function, and facilitate process improvement activities throughout the organization. Starting from why there should be a process in the first place, the course takes participants through steps recommended by SEI’s IDEAL model, to selling process improvement within their organizations and setting up and maintaining the function through effective measurements and reporting.
