Introduction
Lean Six Sigma (LSS) is a performance improvement philosophy, methodology and toolset in one. It has become a commonly used approach to improve performance. The outcomes are improved customer satisfaction and significant cost reduction. Lean Six Sigma helps mobilizing the professionals in an organization for a focused continuous improvement journey, improving employee effectiveness and providing a performance oriented culture.

Green Belts play a very important role in larger performance improvement projects taking upon them specific tasks or responsibilities. They can also execute projects under the supervision of a Black Belt.

This five-day Lean Six Sigma Green Belt program provides participants with the tools and methods required to make swift and impactful process improvement in their organizations. In this program, Green Belts receive the tools of Lean enterprise fully integrated with a subset of the more comprehensive Black Belt curriculum.
